ImagePrint is sold on a per-printer basis using a concept called "licensing". You'll need one license for each printer that you plan to use with ImagePrint and discounts are available if you license more than one printer. Our licensing is very flexible and you can exchange your current license for a larger or smaller one at any time. Call or email sales for pricing details.

Updates

  • Update ImagePrint within 3 years of purchase and pay just 35% of retail to get our latest version.
  • Pay just 50% of the retail price when you update within 5 years of purchase.
  • If you originally purchased ImagePrint version 8 after April 15, 2011 you're eligible to receive the update to version 9 at no charge. Some restrictions apply. Email support to receive your download instructions and new encryption code. For fastest service, please include your dongle number in the message.

  • Your purchase includes free phone support for the first 30 days, plus free email support for one year or the life of the version, whichever is longer.
