The best way to access support when you need it is by upgrading to Version 12. The price includes the software update plus 1 year of phone and email support IMAGEPRINT BLACK or 90 days for IMAGEPRINT R.E.D.. Email sales for pricing information. Be sure to include your dongle number in your email.

If you choose to stay on your older version of IMAGEPRINT, we offer several options for you to purchase support as needed. Support plans are available for IMAGEPRINT Version 10 or higher, IMAGEPRINT R.E.D., and IMAGEPRINT R.E.D. with Cut-It-Out! Your payment will automatically add you to our call back queue for technical support.

Training sessions will be scheduled by phone after we receive your payment.
