| Placing an Order |
Orders may be placed by telephone (813-963-0241) or by fax (813-963-0441). To place an order by fax, you must have obtained a price quote for your purchase within the last 30 days. We must have your correct daytime phone number in order to confirm your order before it ships
Florida state sales tax will be added to orders shipping to a Florida address,
or using a Florida billing address.. |

| Payment Methods |
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please be sure to provide
your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone
number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information
may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be approved
prior to shipment of your order.
Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks, or Personal Checks
ColorByte Software accepts money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks,
and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt
of a money order or cashier's check. For personal and company checks, please
allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before
the order is processed. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Wire Transfer
A $35 wire transfer fee will be added to all orders paid via bank transfer.
Bank details will be provided at the time you place your order. Your order
will be processed after the wire is received and verified. Please note
that orders will not be processed if the $35.00 wire fee is not received. |

| International Shipments |
| You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Colorbyte Software, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. |

| Returns |
Products purchased directly through ColorByte Software include an unconditional
30-day money back guarantee¹. If you are not satisfied with our product
you may return it for a full product refund. Shipping and handling is non-refundable
and a 15% restocking fee, based on current retail pricing, may be applied
at our discretion.In order to qualify for a refund, both the dongle and
software CD must be returned to us in resalable condition. A damaged merchandise
charge of up to $50 will be assessed for any returned item that is not
suitable for resale.
Before shipping your return, you must obtain an RMA Number by calling 813.963.0341.
Be sure to place the RMA Number on the outside of the package. Returns
will not be accepted without an RMA Number. Once an RMA number is obtained,
the customer is responsible for return shipping. We strongly urge you to
use a carrier that provides a tracking number and proof of delivery. We
recommend UPS or FEDEX. ColorByte Software will not be responsible for
items lost by the carrier. Valid proof of delivery must include the receipt
signature of an authorized ColorByte Software employee.
NOTE: Reseller return policies may vary. You should ask your reseller about
their return policy prior to purchase.
1/ The refund policy applies to the full return of software and dongle
only. Additional printer licenses, software updates, upgrades, and add-on
features including template option, auto-print, and PostScript are not
eligible for return or refund. Refund policy does not apply to custom calibrations. |
