FTP Site
Support may request that you use this link to download a special file that
has been posted for you. This site also serves as a repository for prior
documentation. Customers who are not using the most current version of
ImagePrint can access user's manuals and quick starts for prior versions
of the software. |

Version 6.1 Legacy
A password is required to access this file. To request a password click here. Be sure to include your name and dongle number in your request. If you
qualify, you'll receive an email containing access instructions.

Profile Manager for Windows
Profile Manager is a free utility that takes the hassle out of downloading
profiles. It will automatically connect to the profile library. Profiles you select will automatically be copied to the proper location
on your hard drive.

Profile Manager for Mac
Same as above for our Mac Version.

Profile Library via FTP
If you choose not to download the Profile Manager, you can still access
profiles and copy them to your hard drive. If you choose this method, make
sure that you place the profiles in the ImagePrint 'color' subdirectory.
For Windows use the default: \program files\ImagePrint\color. For Mac use
the default: Applications : ImagePrint : Color

Phatte Black LLK Purge File
Phatte Black LLK Purge Profile
Customers using the Phatte Black Option should print and read a copy of
the Phatte Black Quick Start Guide. To complete the procedure you will
also need to download both of the LLK files shown above.

VERSION 7 QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- You purchased a FULL version of ImagePrint after January 4, 2007
- You purchased a LITE version of ImagePrint after March 4, 2007
- You were covered by a maintenance agreement in effect through April 4,
2007
If you meet one of the conditions above, you can request your update by
emailing your dongle number to upgrades@colorbytesoftware.com. If you aren't sure you qualify for the free update, please contact sales@colorbytesoftware.com, or call 813-963-0241 for more information.
